Activation (or license) keys can be obtained in 2 ways:
1) delivered with a pen, tablet or other writing device and usually printed on the CD, on the packaging, or in the user paperwork.
2) purchased directly on our online store.
A key is your passport to using the software. Think of it like a key to your house - if you lose it you have to go and pay for another key. It's the same principle.
If you have bought directly from us, we keep records of our sales and we can usually trace your order and find your personal code. However if you got the code as part of a package, then we have no way to trace that code. We do not replace codes sold with pens or tablets if you lose your code or throw it away. The pen vendor may be willing to give you another code from his stock, but this depends on his commercial policy.
So please always keep any software or device codes in a safe place, and even make a copy of it. Most of the time, they are irreplaceable and you will be obliged to pay for another full price code.
